We understand that plans can change! You have a 24-hour window to amend your order after it's been placed. Since all our items are handmade and made to order, if your request comes in after we've started production, we might not be able to make changes. Please reach out to us immediately, and we'll do our very best to assist you.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

No account? No problem! You can check out as a guest without needing to register. Of course, creating an account does have its perks, like faster checkout next time and the ability to track your orders easily.

What printing techniques do you use for your art prints?

We take pride in our high-quality prints. We use museum-grade matte paper, known for its smooth, uncoated finish and non-reflective surface—perfect for fine art prints and photography. Our paper weighs 200gsm (80lb) and has a luxurious, soft texture that feels substantial to the touch. Plus, it's FSC certified and sourced from sustainable materials, so it's eco-friendly too!

Do you offer framing options?

Absolutely! Our premium frames are handcrafted from responsibly sourced oak and ash wood. Each frame showcases unique wood grains, adding natural character and elegance to your artwork. Available in natural wood, black, and white finishes, all frames come ready to hang with a complete hanging kit—no assembly required!

What sizes are available for your prints?

We offer a range of standard sizes to suit your needs. While we don't provide custom sizes at the moment, our selection is designed to fit most spaces perfectly.

Shipping and Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

We aim to keep shipping affordable. For our UK customers, we offer free shipping on orders over £50. Worldwide shipping costs may vary depending on your location, and the exact shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Everything at Kharve is made to order, but that doesn't mean long wait times! Our print labs operate 24/7, and over 80% of our orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. After dispatch, delivery times are estimated as follows:

  • UK: 2-3 working days
  • USA: 2-5 working days
  • Europe: 5-7 working days
  • Australia: 3-6 working days
  • Rest of the World: 5-12 working days

Please note these are estimates and may vary, especially during peak periods like holidays or sales.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally! With print studios in the UK, Netherlands, USA, and Australia, we print as close to you as possible. This not only reduces delivery costs but also helps us reduce our carbon footprint.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships (typically within 24 to 48 hours), you'll receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click on the link to see real-time updates on your delivery status.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your new art! If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please ensure the item is unmarked, unused, and in its original packaging. As a small independent business, we kindly ask customers to cover return shipping charges for unwanted items. This doesn't affect your statutory legal rights. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Are there any items that cannot be returned?

All of our items are made to order, but we accept returns on most products as long as they meet our return policy criteria. The item must be unmarked, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

What should I do if the item received is faulty or damaged?

We're so sorry to hear that! If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or email us at admin@kharve.com. As part of our Kharve Promise, we'll reprint and replace your order free of charge.

Who are the artists featured on Kharve?

How do you select the artists for your collections?

We carefully select up-and-coming creatives who have a look and feel like no other. We're passionate about artists who express themselves through their work and are dedicated to creating beautiful art pieces.

Can I submit my own artwork to be featured?

Yes, we'd love to see your work! If you're an independent artist interested in being featured, please email us at admin@kharve.com. Let us know why you'd like to be featured and include some previews of your artwork. We'll be in touch!

Do you offer limited edition prints?

From time to time, we release limited edition prints. If a print is limited edition, it will be clearly marked on the product page, along with the number of prints available. Keep an eye out for these special pieces!

How should I care for my art print?

Our museum-grade prints are designed to last. To keep your artwork looking its best, avoid placing it in direct sunlight or areas with high humidity. When cleaning, gently dust the frame and glass with a soft, dry cloth.

Will the colours of the print fade over time?

We use high-quality inks and materials that offer excellent sunlight resistance, even over prolonged periods. Unlike cheaper alternatives that fade quickly, our prints are crafted to stand the test of time.

Are the prints suitable for humid environments like bathrooms?

While our prints are made with high-quality materials, we recommend exercising caution when placing them in humid environments like bathrooms. Moisture can affect both the print and the wooden frame over time. If you choose to display your art in such areas, consider ensuring proper ventilation and perhaps using a protective frame.
